On This date 1/10/2014 at 4:35 a.m. just after I got out of the shower from waking up early working on a Project that deals with trying to save the Earth from Global warming and Water and Power conservation deprivation and contamination. I came up with an idea I call the ESW Bulb. Which is a Bulb the is placed into the ground in designated areas to utilize solar energy and water evaporation by natural processes available with modern technologies of 2014 to produce water without the need of delivery systems by using techniques of those skilled in the art to recycle available materials, manufacture and distribute this idea either by way of a negotiated licensing agreement, sub license (4) Or by NCC.
